Not at all. We design everything to be understandable for someone who runs a business day to day, not someone who writes code. If you can send a WhatsApp message, you can use the tools we set up.
How long does it take before I see a difference?
The Friendly Enquiry Helper can be ready in one to two weeks. Routine Task Lightening usually takes three to four weeks. The Clear Numbers Overview runs four to six weeks. Timelines can shift a little depending on your schedule — we work around you.
Will I lose control of how my business communicates with customers?
No. The assistant we build for you is trained with your wording and reviewed with you before it goes live. You can change or stop it at any time — the setup stays yours.
What does the price include? Are there ongoing costs?
The price shown covers our time for setup, configuration, and the initial handover. Some of the tools we use may carry their own platform costs — we explain any of those clearly before we start, so there are no surprises.
Is my business data kept private?
Yes. We only access the information you share with us for the specific purpose of the work we agree on. We do not pass your data to third parties outside the tools required to deliver your service.
Can I start with one service and add others later?
